Easy Meditation for Psychic Awareness

Everyone is psychic to a degree. Everyone possesses the innate ability to receive intuitive guidance. Often, these prompts come at times when danger lurks. We get feelings of not going through a stop light right away, or not getting on a plane. We do cannot explain it but what happens is we discover our inner promptings led us to safety.

All it takes is doing an easy meditation for psychic awareness. You want to practice doing this regularly for at least 10 or 15 minutes a day until you see results.

Sometimes the mental chatter that goes on can be distracting. With a meditation for psychic awareness, you will be quieting that chatter. Once you master this, you will get more and more psychic impressions. Over time, you will learn to interpret the impressions you receive.

Everyone has their own symbols. For instance, if money is coming to a person, you do a reading for, you might see a four-leaf clover. That just happens to be your symbol for money. Someone else might see hundred-dollar bills.

Remain relaxed as possible n a quiet place where you will not be distracted. Keep a notebook and pen nearby so that you can jot down any ideas or symbols that come to you after your meditation session is complete.

Before you get nervous, understand that meditation can be as simple as closing your eyes and focusing on your breathing. You may experience random thoughts going through your mind. That is okay. Allow them to pass through like clouds in the sky. Try not to resist them. With practice, you will experience them less and less, and you will get more connected to your psychic awareness quickly.

If you can, take your meditation as soon as you can to a deeper, more involved level. You might try finding an audio or video meditation for the purpose of opening your psychic abilities to use daily.

One thing you will want to do while meditating is asking to speak with your spirit guides. They will offer you protection as you enter the general sphere of universal awareness. They will also help you learn your symbols and will help you when you do readings for other people.

Ask to see or speak with them. Ask them for their names. Do not filter any responses that you get. Simply record them in your notebook when you awaken. As you practice your meditation day by day, you will form clearer bonds with them and you will even learn to hear them when you are not in a meditative state.

As you do your meditations, work on focusing your third eye on peaceful images. Remember to keep your focus. You might do well to start with guided meditations to start. They can help you retain focus as you improve your intuitive powers.

Practice diligently and your awareness will become more attuned to everything around you. You will see vast improvements for yourself and those you can help with the readings you do.
